Commentary: John 6:37-40 (All Soul’s Day)

For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I shall raise him on the last day.

Jesus, in today’s gospel you give me such hope! Despite all of my weakness and failings, your grace makes up the difference because you want me to be with you so much. All I have to do is to never stop trying.
