Commentary: Luke 10: 1-9

He said to them, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”

Jesus, I want to have the optimism of seeing each soul I meet as a part of the harvest. If I can’t see souls as belonging to you, what a poor laborer I will be! I know I need to pray for the apostolic souls of my children because, in your eyes, a soul claimed for You, also becomes a laborer.
